Complete with in depth knowledge of techniques , locally sourced products and a true passion for sharing his love of food and cooking .

2 to 4 person plated dinner

$400 and up service fee +provisions

Two Three or four course , custom menu of your choice . Menus are totally customized for each group , sample menus available upon request.

5 to 10 person plated dinner

$700 and up service fee +provisions

Two Three or four course , custom menu of your choice . Menus are totally customized for each group , sample menus available upon request.

Family style dinner service up to 15+ guests

$650 to 1000 and up service fee +provisions

Family style dinner consisting of 2 appetizers or small bites , 2 protiens, starch or grains, vegetable side , salad, appropriate sauces and dressings, and dessert .
